Today, everyone is so busy with their careers.
I haven't seen Teenah in a long time. To think, she works at GMA-7 and I pass by there every day on the way to work.
Badge and Joy are two classmates of mine who are powerhouses at GMA-7! Both are doing good working for several programs. I'm proud of them.
Eric is an editorial assistant with Hinge (Inquirer Publications). Upper is Managing Editor of Bounce, a new magazine catering to the college crowd. Ara is in some media firm.
Peepo is in Singapore.
Tope just resigned from HSBC. He's now supposed to be a fully pledged Law student at San Beda Alabang. Pepet is also at San Beda Alabang. Christian Ocampo is taking up law elsewhere.
I heard Ayesha wants out from Ayala Foundation.
The rest are steady (or nearing burnout na rin? hehe) at other call centers.
I guess at this point it's okay to cool off from the typical college reunion. I've never felt so apathetic. I've lost all drive to call for any get-together. If anyone wants to, I'd happily join. But after last Christmas when I tired to get everyone together (only a handful replied), I knew it was time to break it off muna.
But even if we are all apart and doing a million other things... nothing will ever destroy the friendship I have with Broadjourn. Nothing.
